Come dice bene Katia in questo post , a volte i post si scrivono per non palare di cibo e le ricette diventano un puro pretesto per far emergere altro, il cibo diventa l’eccezionale strumento di trasmissione delle nostre emozioni, degli stati d’animo, delle nubi che ci oscurano l’orizzonte, degli arcobaleni che ci attraversano la strada. I blog sono anche questo, almeno credo. Sicuramente lo sono per me. Oggi dovrei parlare dei cubeletti fatti prima di Natale, come suggerirebbe l’immagine, ma già ne parlai qua e anche se questi sono un po’ diversi e più sfiziosi, non mi dilungherò più di quel tanto. Mi ispira di più condividere le mie (meste) esperienze con il nuovissimo forno. Comincerò col dire che sono orgogliosa di me, solo al 5° giorno fallimentare consecutivo ho concretizzato il sospetto che non fossi io a sbagliare (dosi, temperatura, intervallo di tempo, etc) ma che fosse proprio il forno ad avere dei problemi.
Non saprei spiegare perché ma a me piace scoprire nelle azioni del quotidiano come sono fatta, o averne conferma, è una stupenda cartina di tornasole per verificare i propri cambiamenti. E in questo non sono cambiata, ho conservato la dose di umiltà che mi è stata insegnata da piccola. Non ci posso fare niente, dovrei fare un post fuoco e fiamme contro la smeg e i suoi forni da mille euro che non funzionano ed invece riesco a trovare almeno una cosa buona anche in questa situazione, però questo mi fa stare bene. Non si può vivere con la sindrome della sconfitta, prima o poi si soccomberebbe, no? Però al servizio clienti della smeg un paio di cose mi urge spiegarle, prima di tutto sarebbe opportuno che assumessero un umanista con cognizioni tecniche, per far sì che i loro manuali, a corredo degli elettrodomestici, siano all’altezza della definizione “manuale”, volete una prova? andate qua e ditemi se non dovrebbero vergognarsi si stampare robe così, come ho detto altrove, se nella mia azienda mandassimo manuali del genere in accompagno ai nostri prodotti saremmo falliti da tempo. Per non fallire la smeg, uno si dice, devono avere sicuramente una qualità di prodotti elevatissima, eccezionale. Ed andiamola ad analizzare sto popò di qualità, dal vivo, a manuale chiuso. Premetto dicendo che io (finora orgogliosamente) ho comprato solo forni smeg, li ritenevo, all’interno della gamma dei loro prodotti, un capitolo a parte e di qualità superiore al resto. Evidentemente dev’essere successo qualcosa dal mio penultimo acquisto, perché questo forno, non merita i soldi che ci ho investito. Potrebbe capitare di avere voglia di un plumcakino, ed allora un forno normale lo farebbe lievitare a dovere fino a cuocerlo restituendocelo ben cotto e morbido al punto giusto. Questo forno no. A volte lo brucia, altre invece lo brucia solo all’esterno, lasciandone il cuore crudo, e via dicendo. Ho fatto 5 prove in 5 giorni, 5 prove che hanno dimostrato la mia caparbietà, è vero, ma anche che sto forno segna la temperatura sbagliata. Stasera a forno vuoto (eh non mi frega, per oggi ho già dato, grazie :)) e comprando un termometro da un centro assistenza e ricambi, che si sa come sono fatti i signori del servizio clienti, hanno una pericolosa attitudine a convincere i poveri clienti che sono loro in errore, giammai la smeg! Dov’ero rimasta, assì, al termometro, bene ne ho comprato uno ed ho simulato una cottura, diciamo che al bip di raggiungimento della temperatura i due termometri, il mio e quello del forno, erano più o meno allineati, insomma era leggermente più alto il mio, ma ci può stare, l’elasticità è il minimo, la cosa interessante, direi, è successa durante la cottura simulata, perché il termometro del forno era inchiodato alla temperatura preimpostata ma al suo interno il mio termometro continuava a salire ch’era ‘na bellezza. Ecco spiegato il motivo per cui brucia le mie robe buone, il fetente. A quel punto ho chiamato il centro assistenza e nel sito c’è un numero verde apposito, un numero verde a pagamento, ovviamente, e già questo, se ci avessi riflettuto prima, avrebbe dovuto darmi degli ottimi spunti per scegliere una marca diversa, ma lasciamo stare. Al centro assistenza, dicevo, la signora mi è sembrata costernata e ci siamo aggiornate a lunedì-martedì per un appuntamento con il tecnico. Non soddisfatta ma anche un po’ curiosa delle reazioni del signor smeg per voce di un suo rappresentante, ho chiamato il servizio clienti smeg, questa volta un’interrurbana normale. Il signore che mi ha risposto credo avesse sotto gli occhi una tabella con le risposte prestampate, e giammai gli è venuto il sospetto che avrebbe dovuto, innanzitutto, scusarsi col cliente, in questo caso io, giammai gli è venuto il sospetto che veramente il loro forno è difettoso o malfunzionante, giammai ha pensato che il cliente finale non è pagato per fare le prove di funzionalità di un forno che dovrebbe essere testato con maggiore serietà, giammai gli è venuta l’idea che io potrei chiedere tranquillamente le specifiche di test e i relativi test report che mi convincessero che questo elettrodomestico ha concluso positivamente l’iter di produzione. Cosa dovrei pensare, che alla Smeg hanno assunto degli ingenui? O che loro, nella loro infinita e arrogante presunzione d’innocenza abbiano la convinzione persistente di trovarsi perennemente di fronte a dei perfetti imbecilli?

Torniamo ai cubeletti, ovvero quando in questa casa regnava una perfetta armonia tra me e ciascun elettrodomestio, forno incluso.
La sostanziale differenza con quest’altra ricetta sta nella presenza della polvere di nocciole nell’impasto e che il ripieno è costituito da marmellata di mirtilli e nocciole tritate.
250 g di farina,
50 g di polvere di nocciole,
150 g di zucchero,
1 uovo,
150 g di burro,
la buccia grattugiata di 1 limone
due cucchiaini di zucchero a velo
2 cucchiaini di cacao amaro
per il ripieno:
300 g di marmellata di mirtilli,
30 g di nocciole,
Versare la farina sulla spianatoia, aggiungere lo zucchero, l’uovo, il burro a pezzetti, la buccia grattugiata di un limone. Impastare velocemente e lasciare la pasta frolla riposare per un’ora circa. Stendere la pasta, farne delle forme rotonde da mettere negli stampi, per praticità (e perché la frolla lo consente) ho fatto tagli approssimativi con i quali ho foderato le formine (unte), tagliando i bordi, questa volta ho usato formine lisce e basse. Aggiungere la marmellata, a cui si si sono unite le nocciole tritate, un cucchiaino per ogni formina dovrebbe bastare, e comunque non deve superare i 2/3 dell’altezza interna del biscotto, coprire con un altro pezzo (strato) di pasta e farla combaciare con quella con cui si è foderata la formina, farla aderire bene con le dita, tagliando la parte eccedente.
Disporre le formine sulla placca del forno foderata di carta forno, e cuocere a 170° per 20-25 minuti, ma al solito i tempi del forno sono soggettivi (mai frase fu più pertinente, vi pare?), quindi dopo 15 minuti dateci un occhio.

Loste , scusa il ritardo, mi sono pigliata na pausetta. sul forno… ‘mbo… secondo me le robe non funzionanti sono più di una. Ad esempio, è normale che il grill, cioè la resistenza, (supponiamo a max potenza) non diventi rosso? la roba mica la griglia… insomma non viene abbrustolita intendo. Comunque una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa, potessi glielo schiafferei in quel posto, il forno, prendendomene uno della rex da 200 euro.
Katia guarda a differenza della smeg, io sono onesta e i forni che ho avuto fino ad oggi, prima di questo, sono stati eccellenti. Come dicevo a Elisabetta, tra il serio e il faceto, a tuttoggi, la nuova moglie di mio marito è soddisfatissima del forno che le ho lasciato nella mia ex casa. Era la serie800 (un forno eccezionale, di quelle cose che durano una vita, poco elettronico e parecchio gestibile). Non ho ripreso lo stesso per ovvi motivi e anche perchè questo qua avrebbe dovuto avere delle robe in più, non in meno. Sul mercato, se si vuole avere un forno (un signor forno intendo), bisogna investire sui 4000-4500 euro (sob) li avevo visti a slow fish, poi per ovvi motivi di costo ho lasciato perdere. Altre marche di cui mi fiderei (a prezzi abbordabili)… boh forse punterei, come ho già fatto per lavatrice e lavastoglie, sui tedeschi (A&E o BOSH), hanno poche palle di optional ma se ti promettono di farti il sufflé, te lo fanno, senza tanti orpelli e pulsanti.

Bài 4: LỒNG DÂY VÀO RÃNH & NÊM RÃNH
Việc lòng dây vào rãnh được thực hiện theo những bước sau:
Bước 1: Xem lại sơ đồ khai triển dây
quấn.
Bước 2: Đếm lại số bối dây theo sơ đồ.
Bước 3: Lấy ra một bối dây sắp lắp vào rãnh
rồi tháo bỏ dây cột.
Bước 4: Vuốt thẳng 2 cạnh tác dụng của bối dây.
Bước 5: Bóp cong phần ba đầu bối dây rồi lồng
dây vào rãnh nếu có mối nối ta để
về phía để sau cùng nối dây thuận lợi.
Bước 6: Xem chiều dây quấn trong các bối dây rồi chọn khe rãnh đúng
sơ đồ để
lắp những cạnh tác dụng.
Bước 7: Bóp dẹp cạnh tác dụng thủ công
theo phương thẳng đứng cùng rãnh rồi đưa đợt
lượt từng sợi dây dẫn qua khe rãnh vào gọn trong lớp
giấu biện pháp điện đã lót.
Bước 8: Giữ những cạnh tác dụng thẳng and song song rồi dùng đũa tre đã chuốt dẹp thủ công phải trải dọc theo khe rãnh để đẩy dần dần từng dây dẫn vào rãnh chú ý
không Bởi vậy phủ lên cạnh tác dụng được theo khe rãnh.
Bước 9: Vuốt lại một đầu dây của bối
dây và cạnh tác dụng còn lại rồi đưa cạnh tác dụng còn lại vào đúng vị trí rãnh

còn lại theo thứ tự tại sơ đồ khai triển.
Bước 13: Lót giấy biện pháp điện phần đầu nối bối dây ngoài rãnh để phân bí quyết lớp những
bối dây luôn nhóm bối dây.
Bước 14: Sửa lại các nhóm bối dây giúp gọn và thẩm
mỹ, chú ý không để phần đầu những nhóm bối dây cản đường lắp
roto vào và không chạm nắp hoặc thân động cơ.
Bước 15: Vuốt thẳng những đầu dây ra
của nhóm bối dây rồi thiết kế dấu theo thứ tự như sơ đồ trải
Bước 16: Nối dây ra cho các nhóm theo sơ đồ, rồi
đai gọn các đầu dây bằng dây cotton.
Chú ý:
Trong thời kỳ quấn những bối dây trong một
nhóm bối dây, không cắt rời những bối dây với nhau,
Vì thế cần chú ý đến chiều quấn trong các nhóm bối dây để việc
lắp các bối dây vào stato theo 1 chiều nhất định.
Bài 5: ĐẤU DÂY và HÀN MỐI NỐI
1/. Đấu dây.
Trong phần này ta cần thực hiện theo các bước sau:
Quan sát sự phù hợp những số ghi dấu and đầu dây ra so với sơ đồ trải, sơ đồ
đấu dây.
Đặt thang đo VOM về Khu vực Rx1 rồi chỉnh kim chỉ thị
về 0.

Cắt các đầu dây ra của mỗi pha dây quấn chỉ
để chừa các đoạn nối phù hợp bằng bằng kìm cắt dây.
Xỏ các ống kính gen vào những dây cần nối.
Cạo lớp êmay biện pháp điện bằng dao con & giấy
nhám tại các Địa điểm đầu nối,
rồi nối dây theo sơ đồ nối dây.
Bọc các mối nối bằng ống kính gen.
Xếp gọn những đầu nối tạo thẩm mỹ rồi đai gọn,
chắc chắn bằng sợi cotton.
2/. giải pháp hàn mối nối.
Hàn các mối nối của những nhóm bối dây.
lúc hàn cần phải thực hiện ở ngoài dây quấn của
động cơ, để mò hàn and chì hàn nhỏ giọt xuống
không tuân thủ lỗi dây quấn.

mạch điện, dây đưa ra ngoài đc nối cùng dây dẫn có bọc giải pháp điện PVC và cao su.

Dùng VOM hay mêga ôm để kiểm tra nguội bằng biện pháp đo điện trở đo kiểm những bộ dây quấn (do thông mạch) và thăm khám
biện pháp điện giữa cuộn dây and vỏ động cơ (giới thiệu thêm
phương pháp đo dùng VOM).
a). giải pháp đo điện trở dùng mêga ôm.
Mêga ôm dùng để đo điện trở lớn từ vài trăm kí lô ôm trởn lên, Vì thế
lúc thực hiện đo điện trở bằng mêga ôm, ta tiến hành kẹp một
đầu đo của mêga ôm vào mỗi đầu dây của từng cuộn riêng biệt để thăm khám and quay tay
quay theo chiều thuận (cùng chiều kim
đồng hồ) rồi đọc giá trị trên đồng hồ đo.

b).Kiểm tra chạm vỏ động cơ
Kẹp một đầu dây đo của mêga ôm vào thân stato, đầu đầu còn lại dịp lượt vào 1
đấu dây của mỗi cuộn dây để thăm khám
sự chạm vỏ .
quay tay quay mêga ôm điều tay đồng thời đọc giá trên điện trở biện pháp điện trên mặt chỉ thị lúc đang quay.
Khi đọc giá điều trị thì điện trở phải
to hơn hay bằng 1MΩ thì Lúc đó mới bảo đảm sự
cách điện của cuộn dây với vỏ bọc động cơ.
